METHOD STATEMENT FOR BRICKWORK 1.   INTRODUCTION / SCOPE Ø   This method statement covers the requirements, equipments and procedures to be used for brickwork. 2.   OBJECT / PARAMETER Ø   Following documents shall be considered as reference for execution of the job: a.    Architectural GFC drawings provided by consultant. b.    Site instructions. 3.   MATERIALS Ø   Bricks, Cement, Stone Dust/River Sand, Water, 6mm dia. MS bars. 4.   PRINCIPLE Ø   An assemblage of bricks properly bounded together in mortar is called brickwork. In normal brickwork, the bricks are arranged and bedded in mortar in such a manner as to form a homogeneous mass of the structure. 5.   APPARATUS / EQUIPMENT Ø   Kanni, Plumb, Bucket, Thread, Scraper, Brick Hammer, Spirit Level or Bubble Tube, Right Angle, Steel Tape, Fanti. 6.   HEALTH AND SAFETY PROVISION a.    The work place is to be free from all kind of debris. b.    Specific safety measures are to be followed as

METHOD STATEMENT FOR ROAD WORK INTRODUCTION This method statement describes the activities to carry out Road works as per specifications. OBJECTIVE      Following documents shall be considered as reference for execution of the job: •       Approved layout of roads. •       Levels of Roads. •       Location of speed breakers. 1)     Paver Road MATERIAL         GSB, WMM material, Concrete paver (M 30 grade, 60mm thick), Sand,                cement, stone dust.
